1. Airport Pick Up Services: It will be provided by Luau Accommodation if requested. The transfer will be waiting for the students for 2 hours after the flight lands in Auckland Airport. If the student doesn’t show up or contact the driver within 2 hours, the service will be charged in full amount and no refund will be applied.
2.Check in time: It will be done between 7am to 7pm (Monday to Sunday). Any check in between 7.01pm to 6.59am will incur in an extra charge of NZ$40.00 per client. Client needs to contact Luau Manager on on departing Auckland Airport at all times.
3.Check out time: It must be done at 11am. Later check out an extra charge of NZ$20.00 will be applied.
